APC Solutions has engineered industrial air pollution control equipment from Indore since 2011. What began with dust collection filter bags grew into the complete baghouse — cages, venturies, pulse jet valves, sequential timers, rotary air lock valves, cartridges, HEPA filters, ID fans, gaskets, instrumentation and every spare in between. Today the company also runs a dedicated Water & Wastewater division, so both sides of a plant's pollution problem sit with one engineering team.
We are not a catalogue reseller. When an enquiry arrives, someone reads the operating conditions before quoting — gas temperature, dust chemistry, moisture, filtration velocity, cleaning method and the drawing of the collector you actually run. A filter bag that is wrong for your gas is not cheaper; it is simply a shorter interval before the next shutdown.

Filtration Media
Filter bags in polyester, PP, meta-aramid, PPS, P84, fiberglass and PTFE — plus pleated cartridges, RABH bags and HEPA filters. Membrane lamination, OWR, antistatic and singed finishes available.
Baghouse Components
Resistance-welded bag cages in GI, MS and SS304/316, venturies with optimised throat geometry, rotary air lock valves and precision-cut gaskets in every elastomer.
Cleaning & Control
Pulse jet solenoid valves from ¾" to 3", diaphragms for ASCO, Goyen, Mecair, Turbo and Joil, and sequential timers from 6 to 64 channels with optional ΔP-based cleaning.
Air Movement
ID fans with backward-curved or radial impellers up to 300,000 CMH and 3000 mmWC, dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 and built for gas up to 450°C.
Instrumentation
Pt100 and Pt1000 RTDs to IEC 60751 in simplex or duplex, with thermowells, MI cables and optional 4–20 mA transmitters for PLC and DCS integration.
Custom & OEM Work
Send a drawing, a sample or a photo of the failed part. We reverse-engineer non-standard sizes and supply replacements that fit existing tube sheets and housings.
