Chemical attack, hygroscopic dust and sticky cake. We match media chemistry to the process stream and add PTFE membrane or OWR finishes where cake release is the real problem.
Containment, cross-contamination control and validated air quality. Pre-filters and H13/H14 HEPA filters, DOP/PAO leak tested, plus antistatic and food-grade options for product-contact dust.
Hygienic construction, food-grade materials and easy changeover. Spray dryer and milling dust demands media that releases cake cleanly and does not shed fibres.
Crushing, screening, conveying and packing — abrasive, high-load dust in a dusty ambient. Robust cages, wear-resistant fan construction and rotary valves sized for continuous discharge.
Sub-micron metal fume needs cartridge filtration with nanofibre or PTFE membrane media, flame-retardant construction and antistatic protection where combustible dust is present.
High-volume, low-density dust with a real combustion risk. Correct filtration velocity and antistatic media matter more here than headline efficiency numbers.
Acid gases, dioxin control and highly variable feed. Media has to be chemically resistant and dimensionally stable through wide temperature swings.
Carbon black, ceramics, glass, textiles, battery manufacturing, electroplating, paint and powder coating, sugar, distillery, rubber, plastics — the process changes, but the questions we ask do not.
